Founded and built new from the ground up we opened on xx/xx/2022 as a new Vacation Rental by Owner with a few twists of our own as we got more creative and expanded on our initial plans.

The owners envisioned more than your typical Airbnb or VRBO property we took a small town approach to creating a home away from home off of a county farm road on a road called Watson Trace in Madisonville, Tennessee (Monroe County).

The main house was modeled after an A-Frame home that one of the owners grew up in that was home for over 30 years to the family.The Bunk House name came from a family building that was salvaged from an old farm house that was town down but, a small piece of that home was saved and moved off it's original foundation and one of the owners brothers lived in that small "house" in his senior years in high school.

The Wash House name came from a grandparents property were the laundry facility was when they visited it was just a small cinderblock building that sat just a few feet away from grandparents home were their grandmother washed clothes and keep a large freezer. with her frozen foods.

Our two "Extended Stay" rooms were created with enough space to put in double queen beds and a small dining area in those rooms with a private bathroom and, some essentials for the traveler that wants value and a clean room with access to our Courtyard, grills, pond, tree house, basket ball court, Tennis, Volley Ball, and Pickle Ball, Hopscotch, Four Square, Horse Shoes, Darts, card tables and more in our shared areas of the property.

The Watson Trace Courtyard is what we named our Vacation Rental Property as our concept and design plans grew and we matured we realized we wanted to become a part of the local vacation rental community and we wanted to support other TN businesses in and around our property in Monroe County, TN. We are located at 255 Watson Trace, Madisonville, Tennessee
